Updated version on testpypi

Hey All,

I put an updated version on testpypi which should no longer need patching for regexes for recent versions of python

As it turns out, I currently have pypi.org access but not test.pypi.org access to wikiextractor. So, I put it here instead:

https://test.pypi.org/project/wikiextractor-test/

If anyone wants to take it for a spin, please lmk if you find any issues. If I don't hear anything, I'll make it a new release in a couple days.
