Foxglove

This is the second release of SimSPAD, compiled for Ubuntu 22.04.
This version does not have the ability to shape pulses activated, however still does work to simulate avalanche based photodetectors.
This release includes some performance optimisations.

The server binary should be used with extreme caution as it is vulnerable to many exploits.
Very experimental code, inputs are not sanitised.

As with the previous release, please exercise caution.
