Lock the toolbar arrow into position

The user is interested in a feature to lock the arrow toolbar arrow in place.

Hi!

Is there a way to lock the toolbar arrow into position? My kids always move it by mistake... :-)
(I saw in the settings menu you can put it in the extreme right, extreme left, or center, but I didn't find an option to lock it).

If there's no such option, can it be added?

While such an option does not exist, developing it could be a beneficial idea.
