Dev-dependency updates to latest in range: electron 42.3.0, vitest + coverage-v8 4.1.7, @types/node 25.9.1, @types/react 19.2.15, typescript-eslint 8.60.0. Same electron major, so node-pty ABI is unchanged (rebuild clean). Lint, typecheck, 1290 tests, and build all pass. Supersedes dependabot #70-#74. Co-Authored-By: Rooty
