I'm Neil, a Computer Engineering student at the University of Waterloo.
Iβm passionate about machine learning, large-scale infrastructure, and developer tooling.
My recent internships span AI/ML, full-stack development, and distributed systems, where Iβve built everything from LLM-powered chatbots to scalable backend pipelines.
I love combining engineering fundamentals with modern frameworks to solve real-world problems and contribute to impactful products.
- Scvngr: Cofounder of a B2B SaaS waste marketplace. Built predictive pricing models (NumPy, scikit-learn) and high-throughput backend services (Spring Boot, Redis, PostgreSQL).
- Human Rights First Legal Platform: Led an 8-person dev team to build a litigation tracking system with Node.js, React, Redis, and AWS DynamoDB.
- NLP Movielizer: GUI app predicting IMDB ratings (Β±1.5 error) using NLP preprocessing (NLTK, scikit-learn).
- WeatherWise: Responsive weather monitoring app with real-time data, boosting engagement by 35%.
- Iris Insights: Achieved 94% accuracy on iris classification with TensorFlow + Scikit-learn.
Iβm always open to collaborating on open source, ML/AI projects, or scalable infrastructure tools. Letβs build something impactful!
