Adds debug console back to release builds.

-Known Issue: TextBox Az/Dist marks values as invalid for users whose language uses commas for decimal numbers. e.g. 123,4
(Found while running on a Polish system, specifically.)
Workaround: Use the keyboard shortcuts only, rather than setting initial values in the textboxes.
