fix(antd-php): empty tx_hashes serializes as JSON object on finalize#139

When an external-signer upload resolves to an already-stored chunk/file
(payments=0, no on-chain tx needed), the SDK passes an empty PHP array as
tx_hashes. PHPs json_encode emits [] for empty arrays (and any numerically
keyed array), but the daemon expects HashMap<String, String> deserialized
from a JSON object {}. Result: antd rejects finalize with HTTP 422
"tx_hashes: invalid type: sequence, expected a map".
Cast tx_hashes to object at all four finalize sites (file + chunk,
sync + async). The cast forces empty arrays to serialize as {} and
preserves assoc string-keyed arrays as {"qh": "tx"} unchanged.
Validated on dev2 with the 15-SDK full-stack sweep: 15/15 PASS (was 14/15
with php failing on already-stored uploads).

Closes the gRPC parity gap with REST: external-signer (UploadService + chunks PrepareChunk/FinalizeChunk) and WalletService are now reachable over gRPC, plus stream-download stubs return honest UNIMPLEMENTED/501 instead of pretending.
