Hide the 'Mark All as Read' button for guests

My suggestion is to hide the 'Mark All as Read' button and the RSS Feed button for guests. In my opinion, the 'Mark All as Read' button is not necessary for guests and unnecessarily clutters the interface. This feature should only be visible to logged-in users.

On the example of the official WoltLab forum and most internet forums on WoltLab, this button does not work for unregistered users. Using the example of the WoltLab forum, after logging out, new threads or replies are not displayed to me. Therefore, I suggest that the "Mark all as read" button should not be displayed in this option, as it is useless.

The “Mark all as read” button can indeed be removed for guests, as there is no longer a unread state for guests. All posts are always marked as read for guests.

RSS feeds, on the other hand, are usually also accessible to guests, which is why I see no reason to hide the button for them.
