picomatch vulnerability

Seems there's a vulnerability in picomatch. Dependabot can't fix it and I don't understand the workflow enough. @Zhincore, think you can take a look? (This is e-mailing me once a week or so, and my OCD gets triggered every time :D)

It's kind of annoying, all of the vulnerabilities only exist in development. When deployed on gitbook, there is nothing running, it's just html + js :D
