- Version strings: V1.23→V1.31 (__init__.py, pyproject.toml, FULL_GUIDE.md, ROADMAP.md) - Stale counts: "14 experts/14 skill"→"16 experts/32 skill" in 9 files - "33 业务 Skill"→"32 业务 Skill" in runtime/INDEX.md - Rollout status: "14 rollout"→"0 rollout" in ROADMAP.md - Test counts updated: 8→23 production, 15→0 rollout, 5→16 ALL_SKILL_RUNNERS - Full suite: 128 passed, 2 skipped
CHANGELOG: 17 versions consolidated into comprehensive V1.31.0-alpha entry (6 expert runners + 14 skill runners + CLI + MCP + Web UI) ROADMAP: 9 missing version rows added (V1.22, V1.24-V1.31)
