Made Paragraphs work instead of exposing a new property(sing section inherits from container). This property is dynamic and enumerates every time it is called. Removed duplicate unneeded code from Container

Made Paragraphs work instead of exposing a new property (since section inherits from container). This property is dynamic and enumerates every time it is called.
Removed duplicate unneeded code from Container.
Note that I have removed the SectionParagraphs property since there is already a dedicated paragraph property there. Perhaps we can keep it for backwards compatibility.
