Improved UI #11
Description
I think we can improve the UI. The current form table lacks headers, making it less accessible. I'm not really sure what direction we should go here, and maybe we should get rid of the table entirely? It seems like adding headers would make things redundant, since we'd still need to have labels for the form inputs for accessibility (we could hide them, but it would still cause issues for impaired users).
