Introduce Last Reviewed field in handbook

This issue was discussed in the Office Hours session on May 23, 2026.

Design and introduce a Last Reviewed field for handbook pages, replacing the less meaningful first published date. Use the WPForms documentation as a reference for the display.

Tasks

• Specify the data model for the Last Reviewed field (date, responsible person)
• Implement the field for handbook pages
• Roll out the field across existing handbook pages with an initial review date
• Document the maintenance process for the field

Context

The handbook needs a visible review status so that outdated pages can be identified and addressed. The WPForms example shows both update date and review status next to the responsible person.
