Minimum version in plugin mismatch with documentation

The documentation mentions the minimum version of WordPress required as 6.8, however the commit (8aeef82) changed the minimum version of WordPress required to be 6.9.

The documentation in various places (like https://github.com/anandrajaram21/ai/blob/trunk/docs/DEVELOPER_GUIDE.md) needs to now show that the minimum version is 6.9 and not 6.8

Minimum should be 6.9 across the board, probably best in places not the actual ai.php file to just reference back there (or in the near future when the plugin is on WPORG leverage something like shields.io to pull from there dynamically instead of having static references in docs).

Note that in 77ac717 I bumped the WP minimum back down to 6.8 so that the failing tests there would pass. As part of #28 and before submitting to WPORG, we'll bump that version back to 6.9.

We can make the version dynamic by directly using the WordPress.org API (https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress.org_API#Plugins) which is also used by shields.io in their badges for WordPress plugins

We will need a slug for the above, which I assume will be "ai" right?
