Adding my BOT for phpunit-test-runner as Test Reporter

I would like to request that my bot, versionnexttechbot, be added as a "Test Reporter" for the WordPress Hosting Team. We are committed to running automated PHPUnit tests and sharing the results to help improve WordPress compatibility across hosting environments.

Preconditions Checklist

• I've added a Gravatar/logo to the profile.
• I've added a URL to the profile to identify the hosting company.
• I've set the email address to something monitored by a human.
• I've set the email address to one that uses the company's domain name.
