Support for `UPDATE ... JOIN` and other multi-table `UPDATE` syntaxes

Action Scheduler is using an `UPDATE ... JOIN` construct which appears to be breaking WooCommerce install on any SQLite backed WP instance.

We already support `DELETE ... JOIN`, let's also support it for `UPDATE`.
