Unable to turn off "open to work"

I noticed when testing some jobs functionality that, despite toggling jobs on, I can't turn it back off. This used to work so I'm not sure what changed recently:

To replicate:

1. Go to https://profiles.wordpress.org/profile/jobs/ for your account.
2. Turn on the open to work options including the gravatar option.
3. Click save changes.
4. Try to turn those options off again.
5. Notice it doesn't take.

I am using Chrome version 147.0.7727.56.

Weird! After a few rounds of clicking around, it suddenly updated. Perhaps a caching issue?

Fixed in r24628 by calling clean_user_cache
