CPLAT-7675 Update existing SvgProps typing

Motivation

We need to update the typing of SVG attributes because they are currently all typed as dynamic.

Changes

Update typing of SVG attributes based on specified attribute typing listed in the following:

• https://github.com/DefinitelyTyped/DefinitelyTyped/blob/master/types/react/index.d.ts#L2210
• https://github.com/facebook/react/blob/16.8.6/packages/react-dom/src/shared/DOMProperty.js#L262
