I was successfully able to login once, but when attempting to use it on another machine, it shows this:

Looking through the issues, response type 4 typically indicates a problem with the network, however when attempting to login on the web client , everything is fine. It also does not have the same sort of characteristics as the other issues, with a specific error code "-45054." I looked it up, and all I found were websites and videos from around 2015, which people resolved by deleting the "adi" folder in iTunes.
