publish pre_release

Hi,

I see that photoqt plans to release with an optional SAI support. Distros are 'reluctant' to package when there's no release.
Is the lib ready for a pre-release or still experimental?

This is my first time hearing about photoqt using this library. I see there's a branch integrating it here. The source is provided as-is but I haven't done any binary releases or done any semantic versioning and such, no. I've largely moved on to using Clip Studio Paint which has also caused my interest of researching Sai/Sai2 to slow down a lot. I would just utilize the current source code as it is now and surface any blaring issues here for me to fix and look into since this has grown to be a very low priority to me at the moment unfortunately.
There's also a lot of API design decisions that I regret from looking at some of the original Sai1 code that I wrote years 😅... So it's also due for a pretty big refactor.
