RP2 export to Excel dates are not properly read by Excel

When exporting to Excel, dates are exported as strings, but no matter the regional settings used, Excel seems to "understand" that they represent dates, only when in the format MM/DD/YYYY. All else are not imported correctly. Left on screen in RP2 and on the right the exported XLS opened in Excel:

Added some code which reads all string in the output to excel and detects the ones that represents dates, in the format DD/MM/YYYY. When one is found, then it is converted to YYYY/MM/DD, which seems to keep excel happy and detect the dates.

Because of course this behavior might not be what everybody wants, it is optional, introduced a function to enable it:

RP2AdjustDatesForExcel(TRUE)

Maybe in the future we can change that, to let the programmer provide the date format that the code should be searching for, as now it's hardcoded for a specific customer (Leigh). Waiting confirmation that it's fixed it for them.
