Problems when files in an app have similar named prg files

When two or more files of an app have similar names (for example "test_file.prg", "test-file.prg", "test#file.prg"), it is not possible to have STATIC members in all of them, compiler reports error XS0579: Duplicate 'global::System.Runtime.CompilerServices.CompilerGenerated' attribute

Not sure if there are similar issue in other places as well and not only with STATIC definitions

The classname of the static functions class is derived from the filename. We are removing characters that are not allowed as part of a filename. We can probably add a hashcode of the filename to the classname, to make sure that there are no duplicates.
