Update to release 2.7.0
Summary by cubic
Finalize release 2.7.2 by bumping versions in XMOJ.user.js and package.json and adding Update.json entries for 2.7.0 (stable) and 2.7.1/2.7.2 (prerelease).
Later commits only update 2.7.2 metadata (timestamps/descriptions) in Update.json; no code changes.
