Inquiry about the schedule for the next official stable release

Hey team,

First of all, a huge shoutout and thank you to all the maintainers for keeping Xray so actively updated! The high-frequency pre-releases are awesome, and we really appreciate your hard work.

I noticed it’s been about 4 months since the last official stable release (v26.3.27). While the pre-releases (v26.7.x) are great for testing, a lot of downstream GUI clients, automated scripts, and stable setups usually rely on the official "Latest" tag to pull updates smoothly.

So I just wanted to check in and ask if there are any plans to push the recent pre-release updates into a new official stable release anytime soon? Also, are there any tricky bugs or blockers holding it up right now? If there's anything the community can help test or look into, please let us know!
