Unstable VPN connectivity on mobile operators v26.9.8 (works intermittently, changing fingerprint temporarily helps)

Environment

Xray-core version: v26.9.8
Protocol / transport: [e.g. VLESS + Reality, TCP Vision / XHTTP]
Reality SNI / dest: reaity, tls
Port: [e.g. 443-60000]
Client app and version: [Happ / v2rayNG / etc.]
Mobile operators: Beeline, MegaFon. Region: [Russia]

connectivity over mobile networks became unstable. It works on one operator (e.g. Beeline) but not on another (MegaFon), and later it can be the other way around. The connection also works for a while and then stops. Changing the uTLS fingerprint in the client (e.g. chrome to firefox) makes it work again for a short time, then it stops again, so I have to keep switching.

Changing the fingerprint restores the connection, but only for about 10-15 minutes. After that, it stops working again until I switch to a different fingerprint. This happens consistently, in a regular pattern of roughly 10 minutes.
