Argument of the RPC Wallet

You can launch the RPC Wallet by arguments, instead to write everytime the wallet password you can use an argument.

Argument list

--rpc-password= accept the password by argument at the startup.

--rpc-log-level= accept to change the log level by argument at the startup.
