Ability to assign invoice line items to projects #759

Describe the solution you'd like
In the Xero portal there is an option to assign an invoice line item to a project there is no way of doing this using xero-node it would be amazing if this was an option.
Describe alternatives you've considered
I have tried a work around of creating a task in projects when I create an invoice but I don't think there is a way to create an expense in projects through the API. This would be the next best thing, if I can create expenses this would solve my use case. I have considered using tracking however there are recommendations not to go above 100 tracking options, this also doesn't fit my use case. I need a projects report but currently there is no way to assign an invoice line item via the API
