ModBridge Implementation Status

This document tracks the implementation status of all features, improvements, and enhancements for ModBridge.

Known Issues & Limitations

Current Limitations

  1. No RTU Support - Only TCP protocol currently supported
  2. Single Instance - No clustering/HA yet
  3. Limited Testing - Test coverage needs improvement
  4. Manual Scaling - No auto-scaling support
  5. Basic Auth - No RBAC or LDAP yet
  6. HTTP Only - No TLS/HTTPS by default
  7. No Data Transformation - Raw Modbus data only
  8. Manual Backup - No automated backup system
