MiMoCode Notification Hook

Windows toast notifications — fires when agent needs attention (question/permission) or task is completed.
Features:

• Toast notifications with sound (replaces previous via tag, no tray clutter)
• Terminal beep
• Filters hidden agents (checkpoint-writer, title, summary)
• Only notifies when user was actually waiting

Install:
Copy notify-on-done.ts to ~/.config/mimocode/hooks/

Requirements:

• Windows 10/11
• MiMoCode with file hook loader patch (PR fix(plugin): convert Blob to string and use require() for file hooks on Windows #1889 — Blob→text + require fix)
