Sync from docs/wiki/ (main repo) + add navigation The wiki repo had drifted significantly behind docs/wiki/ in the main repo -- last synced at "Sync ais.md" (server-side recomputation trust model), missing an entire subsequent round of mermaid-diagram additions and updates across most concept/entity pages, plus this session's new telemetry-ingestion.md page and staleness fixes to 9 other pages. - Full mirror of docs/wiki/'s current content, with the relative-link depth adjusted for the wiki repo's flatter structure (wiki repo root == docs/wiki/ root, so e.g. ../../INTERFACE_CONTRACT.md in an entities/*.md page becomes ../INTERFACE_CONTRACT.md here). - Added INTERFACE_CONTRACT.md and TESTING.md (copied from docs/) and guides/ (copied from docs/guides/) so those links actually resolve inside the wiki repo instead of pointing at files that don't exist here. - New _Sidebar.md: persistent categorized navigation (Identity / Trust & Scoring / Behavioral Gating / Compliance & Markets / Spec & Testing / Planned / Packages / Guides / Reference) -- previously no sidebar existed, so GitHub's default flat alphabetical page list was the only navigation. - Home.md and index.md rewritten into a proper home page with a full categorized table of contents (was 4 example links). - Verified: 379 internal links checked across this mirror, 0 genuine breaks (2 non-issues: an illustrative placeholder, a verbatim historical quote inside WIKI_LOG.md).
