Running XSOverlay causes taskbar to refresh repeatedly

Having XS Overlay running while a Steam VR game is open causes the game's .exe to rapidly refresh, and occasionally brings up the win+tab menu

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have XS Overlay open, and a game running.

Tested with both VRChat and Blade and Sorcery. The issue happens regardless of what Steam VR game is running.
Tested also with both the Beta and fallback version of XS Overlay available through steam, bug still occurs.

I have everything updated and I never encountered this issue. Have you already tried verifying XSOverlay and SteamVR files and or reinstalling them?

Heya Janie, I've reinstalled both SteamVR and XSOverlay but the bug still happens~

if it helps, My system specs are:
GPU - Gigabyte Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 Aorus Master 10GB
CPU - AMD 5600X
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 21GB
VR - Oculus Rift CV1 - Vive Trackers

I also use OVR Advanced Settings, OVR Space Calibrator, and have OVR-input-emulator installed.

I've thought maybe Nvidia settings might have something to do with it, but i haven't tested anything~
i'll attach my settings just in case.
