Force reloads on commits with multiple files #24

Not necessarily an issue, but a description of behavior:
You have
file.tex
preamble.tex
Suppose an author modifies both after both have been cached in their browser.
To see the changes, the author must force-refresh the preamble.tex first.
And then force-reload the file.
This is not a bug, but might be used to inform any "refresh" button that we may add.
Moreover, I think it is unlikely to effect students or content authors if well established repos.
On the other hand, this might be a confounding issue when creating new courses/onboarding new users as in those cases it is common to edit the preamble and file in a single commit.
