Document raw create planning one disc per run Merge the prepare guide into raw create: Planning-raw-discs replaces Preparing-raw-discs. Describe plan selection, building the disc from reflinks, hardlinks or verified copies, the final source cleanup prompt, -r with a 5% minimum, --attach, and the v3 layout with metadata in the hidden .bd-archive/ folder. Document the prepare reserve replacing its redundancy option prepare no longer takes -r. --reserve (default 5% of the capacity) keeps part of every disc free; raw create without -r fills it with PAR2 recovery data after any files added before create.
