Update wiki for beta 4
Bring every user-guide page up to date with features built and tested in beta 4. Add Settings-Connectors page documenting the six sign-in services. Update Getting-Started to note no date line on new pages. Update Installing-and-Updating to clarify beta exe is unsigned with no self-update. Update Developer-Guide to mention branch beta, PR #16, and shared build folder. Add dated Development-Updates entry about this documentation refresh.

Document Beta 4 release, status updates, and hand testing guide
Update Roadmap-and-Status to mark Phase 4 done and Phases 5-12 in beta testing.
Add Development-Updates entry for Beta 4 covering phases 1-4, quality-of-life
features, and the owner's three requests. New Testing-the-beta page links the
checklist from the sidebar's Updates section.

Update wiki after Phase 3 merge
Phase 3 (document model and storage) merged into main as PR #9 on 2026-10-02.
Updated Roadmap-and-Status with Phase 3 complete, Phase 4 in progress (typed notes editor),
and Phases 5-14 with cores in progress. Added dated Development-Updates entry describing
the note file format (plain files, one folder per notebook, Markdown pages, ink in segment
files), atomic saves and autosave, write-ahead journal crash recovery (kill-harness: 1,000
kills, zero failures), undo and redo, Trash and page history, scheduled backups, external
edits and cloud folders, pre-merge review fixes, and next steps (Phase 4 and overnight
parallel cores). Added Developer-Guide section "Note file format and storage" linking to
the specification and describing the core crate and recovery in three sentences, with the
kill-harness test and local test instructions. Created user guide page "Where your notes
are stored and how they stay safe" for non-technical readers covering plain files, autosave,
atomic saves, Trash, history, backups, offline operation, and editing from other apps.
