Animal Leash and Oak_Shelf Protection Issues #89

Hello,
I am reporting two issues I have encountered while using the latest version of the SimpleClaimSystem plugin (1.12.3.6) on the latest Paper version (1.21.11 #127). Below are the details of the issues:
Animal Leash Protection Issue
Description: With the protection settings enabled, visitors can release animals that are leashed to a post (the leash detaches from the post), but they cannot reattach the leash nor drop it from their hand. This issue occurs even when the protection settings are configured to prevent unauthorized actions in claims.
Oak_Shelf Protection Issue
Description: Despite properly configuring the protection settings for the Oak_Shelf blocks, visitors are still able to interact with them. I have added the Oak_Shelf blocks to several sections in the config file, including blocked-interact-blocks:, blocked-items:, blocked-entities:, and special-blocks:, but the protection does not work as expected.
