因为【普通用户】仅仅作为AI应用的使用者，基数往往是最大的，且Dify目前没有自主注册功能。所以希望可以在【Dify管理中心】增加批量导入【普通用户】的功能，比如通过特定的用户数据表进行批量导入。

配好了钉钉的 扫码登录，如果用户扫码，会不会自动创建账号？
我这边配好，测试提示如下错误：

默认是不会自动创建用户的，需要修改配置
