It works in my VM environment.
Changes:
Added Chinese translation.
Added Chinese support for developers (modified common_func.py and update_char_images.py).
Added extensive manual data (NewlyInputXXX.txt).
Current Issue:
Users currently need to provide their own Chinese font files who want to update the Chinese translation. The original font file was too large to upload directly to GitHub.
