Highlights

Own .parc format; .arc reading/writing and the GUI were removed.
Reed–Solomon recovery (parc-rs1); the .arc XOR scheme was removed.
Volumes, authenticated encryption, stdin/stdout, symlinks and long paths.
Codecs in Pascal: LZMA, PPMd, GRZip, Dict, LZP, Tornado, REP, Delta, MM/TTA, BCJ, DisPack, SREP and LZ4.
-m1…-m9 presets tuned to be smaller and faster than FreeArc 0.67.1. -mx is the maximum with fast decompression (PPMd/LZMA); -mxx is the context-mixing (cm) maximum, 8–16% smaller but 5–40× slower to decode (see Benchmarks).
Independent blocks are compressed, verified and extracted in parallel; archive sizes and output bytes are unchanged.
SFX creation removed (-sfx, parcsfx). Existing SFX archives are still read and updated while preserving their stub.
-fmt no longer exists; PArc only writes .parc.

Linux x64: CLI (35 cases), stdin/stdout, volumes, RS recovery, encryption, DisPack (12), SREP (27), BCJ (12), Tornado, crypto vectors (3,403), fixes (FAT32/links/full disk), LZMA (48/48 and 63/63) and fuzz (100 iterations, 0 crashes).
Windows 10 x64: 64-bit and 32-bit binaries under WOW64; create/list/test/extract, u/f/d, encryption, -rr, volumes and UTF-8 names.
Windows 7 SP1 x64: 32-bit and 64-bit binaries, including archives created on Linux and vice versa.
SREP win32: verified with the 32-bit binary and a cross-checked archive on Linux.
Context mixing (cm): round-trip verified on Linux, Windows 10 x64 and Windows 7 SP1 x64 with both 32- and 64-bit binaries; cross-checked archives on Linux.
Linux ↔ Windows .parc round-trips compared byte by byte with diff.
Final preset rebuild: Windows x64/x86 binaries smoke-tested under Wine 10.0 (-m2, -m3, -mx, -mxx, create/test/extract).
-mbcj2 (experimental BCJ2-style x86 filter) round-trip on synthetic markers, random data and Windows/Linux binaries.
