• fixed: Using N of N detected thread(s) message was suppressed in progress
  bar mode (-vp sets verbosity = -1); now always shown when MT is active
• fixed: time/speed/ratio summary was never shown after decompression batches —
  acc_jpgsize/acc_pjgsize were only accumulated for F_JPG files; added
  accumulation for F_PJG in both single-thread and MT paths, in both builds
• fixed (ci): Release file heredoc in apt-repo.yml had leading spaces causing
  malformed apt metadata; fixed with unindented 'EOF' heredoc
