another querybuilder htmlwidget

Hi Yann-Aël,,

I just wanted to let you know that I've also put together an htmlwidget for jQuery QueryBuilder.  Sorry I didn't see your efforts before committing to writing it.  jQuery QueryBulder a great javascript library and I hope we get a chance to work together on expanding its use within the R community at some point in the future.
