Syntax
ResourceTracker uses YAML configurational language to set a configuration.
These is an example of configurational file for all available cloud providers:
In order to specify scheduler report frequency there is a specification used for it.
Here is a table with all statements.

There are such commands, which can be used from command line:
- help: shows all available commands;
- start project_name: starts tracking in a chosen mode;
- describe project_name request_name(optional): describes settings from configurational file attached to certain project and request;
- stop project_name: stops tracking for a certain project if such one is run;
- status project_name: shows status of a certain project
