[IMPORTANT] OmC 3.7.15 Patch Update

Fixed several critical issues:
• AST / LSP not functioning properly
• Python REPL not working (this was critical for the scientist agent)
• Some agent tool settings not being applied as intended

All of these have now been resolved.

What’s honestly wild to me is that even with this kind of setup, the agents are still somehow doing the right thing.
It really drives home how powerful the combination of prompt design + model capability has become.

At this point, it almost makes you wonder:
do we really need anything more than bash + basic file read/write?
