Is changing CWD into worktree directory required while using omc?

Usually claude or codex suggests to change CWD into worktree directory but it must lose shared instructions or ralplan PRDs in the worktree directory fianlly when I clean up it. Time to time, referencing previous PRDs required but it is impossible with changing CWD to worktree directory.

Is there any suggestions? for example...

• Not to change CWD into worktree but try something else workaround.
• Change CWD, forget about previous PRDs.
