What NEOSIGNAL is, and what would make it useful to you

Two things it caught on its first day, as examples of what this is for:

openai/gpt-5.2-chat and gpt-5.3-chat shut down 2026-08-10. If you call either from production you have a migration deadline. Nobody pushes that to you.

qwen/qwen3-coder-next moved its prices in opposite directions - input down 33%, output down 11%, but cache read up 94%. If you lean on prompt caching, that is a price increase wearing a price cut's clothes.

What would make this useful to you

• A vendor or a person we are not watching and should be
• A change you spotted before we did
• Something that broke for you when a model was deprecated
• Anything wrong on the site

Korean and English are both fine here. There is no code in this repo on purpose - it exists for the conversation.
