Closes consistency-audit finding 6. The Phase 4 PR (#7) updated the two prose mentions of "16 skills" but missed: - skills badge in the header img: 16 -> 21 - "curated skills" cell in the inline summary table: 16 -> 21 ytstack now ships 21 skills (16 original + 5 migrated from agentic- foundation per Phase 4: atomic-design, deutschland-stack-api, european-alternatives-api, oss-project, software-craftsmanship).
