- Add "startupFcn(app)" that gets executed upon startup.
inside this function I added parts of the code found inside "RunButtonPushed" and finally call "update_cell_figure" to show the cell structure in the axis
- add "InitFlag" to arguments of "update_cell_figure" in order to state specific titles of the axis for the initialization ('Simulate dynamics') or while actually running the simulation ('t=%d, p = %.2f')
The flag is only used to distinguish between those two cases in order to get a proper initial view.
For "update_cell_figure_continuum", I think the Flag does not have to be added, (it's not called upon startup)
- Finally, not that I did not modify/overwrite you *.mlapp file.
