Release v0.3.1: Slash Commands Skills Menu & On-Device Discovery Fix

What's New:

  1. Interactive '/' Slash Commands Menu:
    • Typing '/' in the message composer displays an interactive popup with all on-device automation skills and app cards.
    • Dynamic real-time filtering as you type.
    • Autocompletion on click for fast workflow initiation.
  2. On-Device Skill Discovery Fix:
    • Embedded skills are now reliably seeded to '.agents/skills/', '.codex/skills/', and '/skills/'.
    • Codex app-server global index and session workspaces now recognize the Android automation skills.
    • Explicitly directs the model to report Android device tools and automation skills, ignoring cloud developer skills.
  3. App Cards & Commands:
    • '/skills', '/device-automation', '/recovery-and-safety', '/app-cards', '/user-preferences', '/whatsapp', '/chrome', '/maps', '/settings', '/youtube'.
