v0.3.2 - WebRTC AVAS Fix

Source tag correction: the published v0.3.2 tag currently resolves to commit 9f394ada99022a1e9ce60f5e142b947891354490, whose tracked version is 0.2.2. Version 0.3.2 was introduced by commit c633a7772d64a587182a6401e71cc516c2232155. The existing tag is kept unchanged to avoid rewriting published history. Use the linked commit when reviewing the 0.3.2 source.

WebRTC voice fix: use realtime V3 so the pinned Codex app-server sends the AVAS quicksilver=v2 header. WebSocket V2 fallback remains unchanged.

Validation recorded for the APK: test, assembleDevRelease, assembleDevDebugAndroidTest, and voice lint. VersionCode 9, versionName 0.3.2. SHA-256: F43CD5085FB6B3A2B3E0C1C3D80471F6D7E17CF0C7AA1CEF7FAA9971750CC5BA. APK Signature Scheme v3 was verified with a local Android debug key; this is a test artifact, not production signing. Physical voice E2E remained pending.
