Validation prevents quick event creation

Some fields are required even when the event is not published as a page (with empty slug).

This should be changed so we can quickly at least share the event dates and name on the website without it's separate event page. 

I believe for this only this is needed:
- Start (& end?) date
- Calendar cover image
- Title
- Short Description
