- Added Russian, Ukrainian and Czech translation.
- Added support for TLS 1.3, and additional TLS 1.2 cipher suites which may be required for connecting to modern websites.
- Fixed the "... is not a valid Win32 application" bypass not working before a Windows Explorer window is opened for the first time.
- Prevented installer from creating files with many .OLD_xxxx extensions if repeated upgrades are performed while relevant files are open.
